Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced software development environment
  • Manage recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of technical and non-technical staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in HR within the software or tech industry
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in developing and managing HR policies is a plus
