Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced software development environment
- Manage recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of technical and non-technical staff
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with the company’s goals and culture
- Facilitate employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address performance management issues
- Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Organize training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance
- Drive engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, to foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientations and documentation
- Conduct exit interviews and track retention metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in HR within the software or tech industry
- Strong understanding of HR principles, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in developing and managing HR policies is a plus
